Phentermine is a pill you take by mouth every day which decreases your appetite. You will not feel as hungry and/or feel full for a longer period of time. It cannot be taken if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, glaucoma or hyperthyroid. We will monitor your blood pressure. 

Qsymia is a daily oral pill which helps control cravings and decreases hunger. You need to be on a reliable form of birth control as this medication is not safe in pregnancy.  It can cause 9.8% weight loss!

Semaglutide is the most effective weight loss medication on the market. It is a once weekly injection that causes up to 15% weight loss. It balances blood sugar and insulin levels and controls your appetite. It can sometimes be challenging to get insurance coverage, but we have availabilities through a compound pharmacy if needed and in combination with Vitamin B6!

Contrave is a once a day pill by mouth which curbs hunger and helps with food cravings. It decreases the reward center in the brain from food and wanting to seek food for comfort. Buproprion by itself is used to treat depression so it can sometimes aid in mood difficulties as well. It can cause up to 5.4% weight loss.

Liraglutide is a daily injection which works similar to Semaglutide. It regulates your appetite causing weight loss and eating fewer calories. It causes about 7.4% weight loss! It should not be used if you or your family has a history of MTC or MEN-2, pancreatitis or gallbladder disease.
